DeKalb County needed to provide additional parking at the South DeKalb Senior Center Complex and Scott Candler Library. Aulick Engineering provided civil site design services for the .77-acre lot, including pavement design, earthwork, erosion control design, stormwater management design, and marking and signing. Final stormwater features included a bioretention area adjacent to the parking lot.
